We ship nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners. All orders are processed and shipped within the timelines below.
1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 15:00 may be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
🚚 Courier — Door to Door (Nationwide)

Delivery in 3–4 business days.
Courier Guy is used for most residential deliveries.
📦 PUDO Locker Pickup (Nationwide)

Delivery in 2–4 business days.
You select your preferred locker at checkout.
🛍 Local Pickup — Centurion (By Arrangement)
Free
We will contact you to schedule a pickup time.
🎁 Free Shipping
Orders over R1,000 ship for free nationwide.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times begin once your parcel has been collected by the courier:

Gauteng: 1–2 working days

Major centers: 2–3 working days

Outlying areas: 3–5 working days
Delays may occur during high-volume periods (Black Friday, holidays).
4. Tracking
All orders include a tracking number.
You will receive this via email once your order is dispatched.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a parcel is lost or stolen in transit:

We will liaise with the courier

A replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation is complete
Ash & Ember Co. is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
6. Incorrect Address
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address:

Courier fees for reshipping will be billed to the customer

We cannot refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

At this stage, we only ship within South Africa.
